由於考試制度使然，補習教育成為中國平常求學的過程。 如果 回到歷史，將會發現，至聖先師孔子其實是世界第一個開補習班的人。
他不僅有教無類，連補習費怎麼算，學生可享受什麼福利，都有明確的規定。
孔子的補習收費如下：
[ 三十而立 ]：繳三十兩者，只能站著能聽課。
[ 四十而不惑 ]：繳四十兩者可以發問，直到你沒有疑問為止。
[ 五十而知天命 ]：繳五十兩者，可以知道明天小考命題的題目。
[ 六十而耳順 ]：繳六十兩者，考試時，老師可以在你耳邊提醒答案，直到考順手為止。
[ 七十而從心所欲 ]：繳七十兩者，上課要躺、要坐，或來、或不來上課，隨便你

不喜歡&重要
很多人的一生都是在面對「不喜歡&重要」的事。
近日在我耳邊聽得最多的是學好英文這件事。
其他的還有：早睡早起、多做運動、少食肉、多食蔬果、少言多坐、不吃加工食品、多喝水、多上廁所、不吃油炸食品、不吃冰冷食物、戒油、戒辣、戒甜、戒鹹、戒煙、戒酒...。
但對於我，除了多做運動這個「不喜歡&重要」的事外，反而是太多「喜歡&不重要」的事，難以取捨。太多東西想要了解，可是無法從處理「不喜歡&重要」的事當中騰出時間來研究另外「喜歡&不重要」的事。感覺就是像在寫100篇論文，但每一篇只有時間寫好題目...Orz

電腦比蟻爬還慢
你的電腦比蟻爬還慢，我差一定是中了木馬病毒。
去 Task Manager，看看是哪一個可惡的 task 把你的 CPU resource 耗盡。
果然一個 spoolsv.exe 在耗用 99% 的 CPU cycle。
在網上找到一個簡單又超有效的小密訣：
1. Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and stop the Print Spooler.
2. Turn off the printer.
3. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS and delete the files there.
4. Now turn your printer back on and restart the service.
5. Check task manager, spoolsv.exe should be at 00%.
大功告成！

要微波加熱嗎？
某日在某家超忙的7-11買了一盒中華涼麵， 到櫃檯結帳時.................
店員：『總共四十元，請問涼麵要微波加熱嗎？』
我：『......................？不用了...........謝謝！』
在店內的所有人都笑到不行，
此時店內的廣告音響剛好傳來一陣歌聲： 『有7-11真好。』

滬劇一詞翻譯的聯想
當在探討「滬劇」時，是否應使用 "opera", "drama", 或"play"等的翻譯字，還是使用"huju"，Stock [1]寫到：
"...are we saying that the Chinese are worthy of respect because only they have huju, or that they are worthy of respect because they are really rather like us?"
我不期然對另類療法有所聯想：Is Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) worthy of research because only they have [substitutes any CAM therapies or practices here], or that it is worthy of research because part of their thinking/practices/procedures can be fitted into the mainstream/ Western/orthodox medical/scientific paradigm?
